Summary
We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants with expertise in both Functional and Technical areas to support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, integration, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, business processes, integrations, reporting, data migration, and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities
<>Functional Responsibilities>- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and training materials.
- Collaborate with business users to improve HR processes and system functionality.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Create and maintain HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, and BI Publisher Reports.
- Perform data conversions and migrations using HDL and HSDL.
- Develop Fast Formulas and support technical enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Collaborate with functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and support production environments.
