Responsibilities

Support and maintain CA TPX and CA SOLVE environments

Troubleshoot session, connectivity, and automation issues

Provide L2/L3 production support

Participate in upgrades, PTFs, and DR activities

Eligibility

Authorized to work in USA or Canada

On-call support as required
