About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about building high-performing digital experiences that drive measurable results. This role sits at the intersection of design, growth, and user behavior, with a clear mandate to improve conversion across web and landing experiences.
You will play a critical role in reimagining a digital ecosystem that communicates complex financial concepts in a simple, intuitive, and visually compelling way. This is an opportunity to own the end-to-end experience and make a direct impact on business performance.
What You'll Do
Design for Performance
Create intuitive, visually engaging user experiences using wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Translate long-form, complex content into clean, conversion-driven layouts.
Own the Conversion Journey
Continuously evaluate and optimize the customer journey, from first interaction through application. Identify friction points, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Partner Across Teams
Collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to bring designs to life. Provide clear design specifications, participate in QA, and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
Leverage Data and Experimentation
Apply a test-and-learn mindset to design decisions. Use insights from analytics, user behavior, and A/B testing to inform ongoing improvements.
Elevate Search and Discovery Experiences
Work alongside SEO and search partners to design experiences that balance user engagement with discoverability, including structured content and modern search-friendly layouts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates measurable business impact, such as improved conversion, engagement, or revenue growth
- Deep understanding of user psychology and how design influences behavior
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments where testing and speed matter
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems
Why This Role Stands Out
- Direct ownership over high-visibility, revenue-impacting experiences
- A fast-moving environment that values innovation and measurable outcomes
- The opportunity to influence both product and growth strategy through design
