Digital Payments Developer

Location: Dauphin County, PA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote with onsite work required 3-4 days per month along the Turnpike).

System Integration: Connect SAP BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure services, and IVR systems to ensure high-performance interoperability.

Backend Development: Design and maintain microservices using Go (Golang) and .NET.

Cloud & DevOps: Build and optimize APIs and cloud-native distributed systems using Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

Security & Compliance: Implement robust encryption and fraud prevention measures to ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, and SOC2 standards.

Architecture Design: Develop scalable technical architectures for payment gateways, traffic management systems, and backend databases.

Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to development teams and ensure adherence to architectural principles and industry best practices.

Senior Development: 8+ years of proven experience in senior developer roles.

Complex Integration: 8+ years of expert-level experience integrating SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and IVR systems in high-volume environments.

Payment Processing: 5+ years (8 preferred) in developing and maintaining digital payment applications.

Golang: 3+ years of hands-on backend development using Go.

.NET: 3+ years of hands-on backend development using .NET.

Modern Infrastructure: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform platforms.

Tools: Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, and Microsoft Office 365.

Prior experience with tolling solutions or traffic management systems.

Experience with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
