Role Overview

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer/Developer (Senior Associate)
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 12 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

Technical Skillset

Core Stack: Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL, OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines.

1. Backend Development (Primary Focus)

Java & Spring Boot: High proficiency in designing/implementing production-grade REST APIs.
Microservices: Deep understanding of service boundaries, configuration management, and resiliency.
Messaging: Experience with Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Topic Management, Versioning).
Standards: Applying logging and monitoring within highly regulated environments.

2. Frontend Development

Frameworks: Strong experience with Angular or React.
UI Engineering: Ability to develop modular components, state management, routing, and performance optimization.
Standards: Familiarity with enterprise accessibility; Micro Frontends (MFE) knowledge is a plus.

3. Database & SQL

Advanced SQL skills (Complex joins, subqueries, aggregations).
Ability to diagnose and resolve query performance issues.

4. Cloud & DevOps

Platforms: Working knowledge of Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes concepts.
Pipelines: Troubleshooting CI/CD build/deployment issues.

5. Quality & Compliance

Commitment to unit/component testing and active participation in code reviews.

Adherence to secure coding practices and audit/compliance standards typical of financial services.
