Job Description -
We are seeking a BI Reporting Support Analyst with experience in Sales/Channel Performance Reporting and Business Intelligence platforms. The candidate will support reporting platforms across B2B and B2C ecosystems, investigate data discrepancies, manage Slack-based support workflows, reconcile reporting issues, and collaborate with Data Engineering/Product teams for escalations and platform stability.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Business Objects, SQL/data investigation, KPI reporting, and operational support for BI platforms. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data issues to business users are essential.
