Summary
Implementation Partner - HCL America
Mandatory skill: WordPress, PHP, React, HTML , CSS & Java Script. AWS, GIT .
Good to have Knowledge on S3 , Web server management, SSL Rotation. Good to have prior experience in support and ticketing tool like service now, JIRA.
Full Stack Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.
- Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
- Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications
Support Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.
- Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
- Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
- Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs
- Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API)
- PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)
- ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)
- Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
- Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
