Summary
Implementation Partner - HCL America
Mandatory skills: WordPress, PHP, React, HTML, CSS & JavaScript, AWS, and Git.
Good to have knowledge on S3, web server management, and SSL rotation. Good to have prior experience in support and ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
Full Stack Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.
- Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
- Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications
Support Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile & Sprint programs.
- Ability to coordinate with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
- Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
- Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs
- Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API)
- PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)
- ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)
- Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
- Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
