Job Description:
Job Title: Data Analyst
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract + Potential extension)
Location: 100% Remote
6-month contract to start. Will be extended as needed per business needs.
100% remote
Normal business work hours (i.e., Mon-Fri 8-4 or 9-5)
Healthcare experience would be plus
Responsibilities:
Understand end-to-end data processes and flows and using that knowledge to design and implement data management solutions.
Provide business process, system support and data quality governance through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit and/or data validation.
Perform root-cause analysis on data related system problems and recommend or execute corrective action.
Conduct testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to data management and system.
Identify and implement process improvements in relation to data processes.
Identify, review and evaluate data management metrics. Recommend ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise.
Will build platforms from a clinical platform perspective
Perform a data warehouse implementation in DE and build out D-SNP population
Data mapping
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or 6+ years experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience with data mapping
Experience producing data mapping documentation
Strong knowledge in a data warehouse ecosystem
Experience coding in SQL
Experience with Informatica
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Preferred:
5-7+ years of experience
Background in data reporting and analytics
SAS
