Job Summary: Dodge Industrial is seeking a Co-Ops for our Engineering and Product Management departments for Summer '26, Fall ' 26 and Spring '27.

Key Responsibilities:

Build a foundation of product knowledge through hands on training and visiting our manufacturing facilities.
Provide product selection and installation support and find creative solutions to customer issues.
Assist with product development projects for all product groups.
Collaborate with engineers on relevant and skill level appropriate projects.
Engage in Lean continuous improvement projects focused on engineering processes and product design.
Collaborate with application engineers focusing on product performance.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university in the United States.
Must be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the US.
Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
Collaborates well with others and is a good team player.
Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for new and changing ideas.
Familiar with MS Office and SolidWorks.
Ability to adapt and multi-task based on departmental needs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and pull up to 50 pounds.
Speak and present in person to individuals and small groups.
Extended periods of sitting at a workstation.
Intermittent standing and walking within the office environment.
Hosting and travel are required for meetings, conferences, or customer visits.
Office attendance is a requirement of the role.
