Summary
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Location: Pasadena, California (Onsite).
- Salary Range: $140K to $150K
Job Responsibilities: - Own project execution end-to-end for technical programs supporting satellite and defense industry customers
- Develop and maintain project schedules and set internal and external milestones using Microsoft Project
- Scope and manage project budget and cost performance
- Identify and coordinate internal resources to complete project tasks
- Manage subcontractor relationships and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, for both external customers and internal leadership
- Manage meeting agendas and action items, from status meetings through design reviews
- Track and report progress to external customers and internal leadership.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline required
- At least 3 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience managing complex technical projects, ideally including large satellite programs
- Experience working with major defense sector clients/contractors
- Strong cost management and vendor/subcontractor management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
