Software Project Manager, Construction Technology

Our client is seeking a Software Project Manager to drive delivery of their OpenBuild platform across multiple construction customers. This is not a traditional “status report and meeting notes” PM role.

In this position, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, work directly with customers, and own outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and delivery quality. The work is highly collaborative and coordination-heavy, with clear accountability for execution.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent OpenBuild implementations

• Lead customer-facing calls, working sessions, and executive updates

• Drive projects across scope, schedule, budget, and risk

• Build and manage project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans

• Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track

• Coordinate across engineering, integrations, and customer stakeholders

• Prepare clear, concise executive-level updates and presentations

• Ensure strong follow-through on actions, decisions, and commitments

• Balance multiple priorities without losing momentum

• Deliver tangible, measurable outcomes for customers

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS project delivery

• Proven ability to own outcomes, not just coordinate tasks

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts

Nice to Have

• Experience in construction technology, ERP, or field execution tools

• Familiarity with platforms such as Trimble, Sage, Procore, or similar

• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools

• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models

• PMP certification

Compensation

• $135,000 – $155,000 base salary (depending on experience)

• Fully remote within the United States
