Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience who can effectively work with clients and provide technical support for cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate should have strong AWS knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AWS cloud environments.
Analyze application, infrastructure, and system-related issues.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
Maintain technical documentation and support processes.
Participate in onsite client discussions and technical meetings.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
Experience in handling clients directly and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Linux/Windows environments.
Experience with troubleshooting applications and cloud infrastructure issues.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and cloud security.
Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certifications are a plus.
Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow is preferred.
Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Maryland are preferred.

Candidates must be available for onsite interviews.
