Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on SAP Treasury Product Manager / Business Systems Analyst (Techno-Functional) with deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Treasury.

This is not a pure Project Manager or Business PM role. The ideal candidate must be a true SAP Treasury Subject Matter Expert (SME) with configuration-level understanding and proven experience leading end-to-end Treasury implementations.

The role requires someone who can operate independently, work directly in the system daily, and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical SAP solutions within an Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end SAP Treasury implementations

• Work hands-on within SAP Treasury modules (configuration, validation, testing support)

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical user stories

• Groom backlog and collaborate closely with engineering teams in Agile environment

• Challenge and refine business requirements using Treasury domain expertise

• Design solutions aligned with SAP Treasury capabilities and integration architecture

• Ensure seamless integration between Treasury, FI, AP/AR, MM, and downstream systems

• Engage with senior finance stakeholders including Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and AP/AR

• Operate in a metrics-driven environment with minimal supervision

Required Technical Expertise

SAP Treasury (TRM) – Deep Hands-On Experience

• SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

• Cash Management

• In-House Banking

• Treasury Payments

• Securities Management

• FX and Risk Exposure Management

• Hedging:

  • Cash Flow Hedging

  • Balance Sheet Hedging

• Configuration-level understanding (not oversight only)

SAP Finance (FI)

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Treasury–FI integration

• Accounting and downstream financial processes

Integration Experience (Mandatory)

Candidates must have experience integrating SAP Treasury with:

• Market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg)

• Trading platforms (e.g., 360T, FXall)

• Third-party Treasury systems

• End-to-end data flow across enterprise systems

Strong understanding of cross-system integration and financial data architecture is essential.

Absolute Must-Haves

1. Deep SAP FI foundation with strong Treasury specialization

2. Proven SAP Treasury implementations (TMS, FSCM, Cash Management, FX, Forecasting)

3. Hands-on techno-functional Product Manager or BSA experience

4. End-to-end implementation ownership

5. Strong accounting and Treasury process knowledge

6. Ability to translate business needs into detailed SAP functional and technical stories

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in a SaaS / subscription-based business model

  • Understanding of recurring revenue flows

  • Subscription accounting

  • Treasury implications in subscription businesses
