Senior iOS Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift, iOS development frameworks, application architecture, and API integrations. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.
• Implement application architecture using MVC, MVVM, or other appropriate design patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, security, and memory usage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and resolve production defects.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Develop unit tests and UI tests to ensure application quality.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Manage application releases, provisioning profiles, certificates, and App Store deployments.
• Stay current with the latest iOS technologies, Apple frameworks, and mobile development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on iOS development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift and experience with native iOS application development.
• Strong knowledge of UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple development frameworks.
• Experience with Xcode, iOS SDK, and Interface Builder.
• Strong understanding of iOS application architecture and design patterns, including MVC and MVVM.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and backend services.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and memory management.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with unit testing, UI testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of mobile application security, accessibility, and responsive UI design.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
