Job Details

The Foreman is a critical member of our field leadership team, responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects meet our standards for quality, safety, and schedule adherence. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring hands-on leadership and collaboration with project managers and superintendents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including safety, logistics, and quality control.
  • Supervise trades, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project goals.
  • Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
  • Provide training and mentorship to field staff, fostering a culture of craftsmanship.
  • Communicate progress and resolve challenges with project managers and superintendents.
  • Assist with site layout, material deliveries, and equipment coordination.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or construction-related degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential, resort, or commercial construction.
  • Previous supervisory or lead role experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Comfortable with technology (tablets, smartphones, construction software).
