Qualifications:
8 12+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering
3 5+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies
Strong programming experience in Python or Java
Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications or services
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications or digital platforms
Strong understanding of modern software architecture patterns.
Experience with Generative AI / LLMs
Experience building AI-enabled APIs or services
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
Experience with MLOps practices
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Responsibilities:
AI Solution Design
Design and implement AI-driven solutions that support digital platforms and business capabilities.
Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate AI/ML technologies and approaches.
Develop scalable and maintainable architectures for AI-powered systems.
Engineering Leadership
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on AI solution design and implementation.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and platforms.
Establish patterns and best practices for implementing AI capabilities across systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to understand evolving requirements.
Translate complex business challenges into practical technical solutions.
Communicate architectural decisions and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Implementation & Quality
Lead development and implementation of AI models and supporting infrastructure.
Ensure high-quality engineering practices across development, testing, and deployment.
Support performance optimization, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions.
