Learning Systems Administrator

Long-term remote opportunity for a Learning Systems Administrator to support and optimize an enterprise learning technology environment with a strong focus on Workday Learning, LMS governance, system integrations, and AI-enabled learning solutions.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Seeking candidates with:

• 3+ years of enterprise LMS administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning and/or platforms such as Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, or Docebo
• Experience supporting LMS + HRIS integrations, APIs, SSO, and learning data flows
• Strong backend configuration experience including security roles, workflows, automation rules, metadata, and governance standards
• Experience with SCORM/xAPI, testing, release management, and operational support
• Exposure to AI-driven learning technologies such as recommendation engines, adaptive learning, digital enablement tools, chatbots, or intelligent learning platforms
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
