Implementation Specialist Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Specialist Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client onboarding and training while enhancing organizational processes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup of new client accounts and ensure timely updates to existing accounts across various systems.
• Lead and direct the Implementation team, assigning tasks and participating in account administration as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate client data and improve implementation processes.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
• Monitor team performance and metrics, reporting regularly to leadership and addressing any issues that arise.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering a positive customer service experience.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and supervising team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• A four-year degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
