Seeking a Java Microservices Developer with strong Azure serverless expertise. Candidates must have hands-on experience building scalable, event-driven applications using Azure Functions (including Durable Functions) and modern Java frameworks.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Strong hands-on experience with Java (11+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Proven expertise in Azure Functions and Azure Durable Functions (Java)
Experience with event-driven architecture using Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid
Hands-on experience deploying applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
Solid understanding of Azure security best practices (RBAC, Managed Identities, networking)

Key Responsibilities

Design and build serverless and microservices-based solutions using Java and Azure
Develop event-driven architectures leveraging Azure messaging services
Deploy and manage containerized applications on AKS
Integrate Azure services into enterprise applications ensuring scalability and reliability
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD implementation
Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems environments

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience in application development
Experience developing and deploying applications on Azure or other cloud platforms
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Azure certifications (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect)
Experience with API Management, Azure Storage, Azure SQL
Background in high availability and performance tuning
