Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Collateral Security Specialist L3 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.

  • This candidate will serve on the collateral security team to ensure coverage of security programs and manage day-today workload, This individual oversees and performs personnel security requirements for the USSF Customer, responsible for coordinating all responsibilities for full spectrum SCI and Collateral security programs.
  • This individual is also responsible for coordinating and conducting personnel security operations in Defense Information System for Security (DISS). Ensures SCI and Collateral indoctrinations are conducted in support of workforce rapid integration.
  • Coordinates and performs in and out processing of military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Coordinates badging and accessing support for the workforce. Serves as security subject matter expert and advisor to civilian security personnel and senior leadership. Supports government inspections and audits. Conducts reviews of current policy and SOP and provides SOP drafts and proposals for government decision-makers.
  • May be required to consent to and successfully complete a government counterintelligence scope polygraph
  • Spearheads implementation of robust processes across Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), and Industrial Security (INDUSEC), ensuring comprehensive coverage and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Physical Security and Risk Management/Safeguarding of Classified Information.
  • Manages full spectrum of security programs for SCI and Collateral.
  • Oversees the Security Education, Training, and Awareness program;develops relevant and tailored training products and ensures widest dissemination and understanding to the workforce.
  • Assesses security vulnerabilities during acquisition/development processes and advises on security measures for capability transitions.
  • Adjusts Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all security programs as needed and trains the workforce on procedures that enhance protection of critical government resources, personnel, and facilities in a dynamic threat environment.
  • Oversees self-inspections of organization's SCI and Collateral programs, to include ensuring containers, materials, and spaces are controlled and secured.
  • Coordinates with Installation Information Protection office to ensure the organization meets installation-wide compliance. Ensures SCI and Collateral team are meeting suspense dates and timelines for rapid capability development. Serves as Alarm Custodian for SCI and Collateral spaces.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
  • 10+ years of relevant experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) or equivalent federal service work.
  • 4+ years' experience in SCI and or SAP environment and worked in this environment within the last five years
  • Experience working with systems such as Defense Information System for Security (DISS).

Education/Certifications:

Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MS), or Master of Engineering (ME) degree
Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Security Clearance

A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Maybe required to drive a government vehicle as needed.
