Job Type: Contract to HireJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with strong expertise in the Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing, payment systems (ACH, Wires, SWIFT), and Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plans.Required Experience & Skills - 6+ years of QA manual testing experience
- Mandatory experience in Payments domain
- Strong experience in:
- 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plans
- Strong knowledge of:
- ACH
- Wires
- SWIFT
- End-to-end payment lifecycle
- Experience with defect tracking tools (6+ years)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Key Responsibilities - Analyze requirements and design test cases in Azure DevOps Test Plans
- Execute test cases within ADO and update test results
- Perform functional, regression, and release testing
- Execute test plans and test cases
- Validate end-to-end payment flows including:
- Returns
- Reversals
- Settlement processing
- Create and maintain test cases for enhancements
- Log, track, and retest defects in ADO
- Perform data validation across payment systems
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
