Job Description:
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
- Business Process – Software mapping
- Business Process Review, propose business Process and procedure improvements
- Enterprise Software Review, Quality Assurance analysis
- Working with staff on resolving pain points with enterprise software functionality, daily reporting, and tracking of help desk tickets
- Propose enterprise Software Improvements and modifications
- Liaison between agency project manager, software vendor, agency program area staff
- Provide presentations, documentation, correspondence, and reports for use as software change orders and/or statements of work for modifications to software
- Provide documentation and training for any recommended changes to business processes
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ Years of Experience as a Quality Analyst
- 3+ Years of State Government Experience
- 3+ Years of Experience with Emphasys
- 3+ Years of Experience with HDS
- 6+ Years of Experience with Data Mapping
- 6+ Years of Experience with Business Process Testing & Improvement
- 6+ Years of Experience with Process & Procedure Documentation
- 6+ Years of Experience with creating Statements of Work, Change Orders, AND Software Modification Requests
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with End User Support
