Sr OneStream Developer 

Note: This is a HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days at local Deloitte office per week.

• Ability to research data definition, usage and flow to gain expertise in existing systems.

• Ability to create new business processes and data usage to promote efficiency.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks / projects with minimal assistance.

• Expert troubleshooting skills to investigate resolve and escalate problems. Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and scenario modeling.

• Expert to learn evolving firm reporting technology platforms (Tableau, BI tools)

• Proficient understanding of data warehouse concepts.

• Diagram highly complex business processes, data flow and architecture for new systems and data

• Create highly complex business cases to provide cost effective solutions.

• Follow highly complex data flow to interpret source of information in support of new systems and data.

• Proactively drive change to systems based on business system impact analysis.

• Serve as functional lead in technical implementation of agreed upon solutions.

• Decisions made based on highly complex business system impact analysis and involve business process or data flow recommendations and may impact firm systems.

• Business process redesign decisions are generally made in collaboration with divisional stakeholders and have a high risk on Firm performance.

• While there are no direct people responsibilities, leading others across the firm to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines will be required.

• This position requires a deep understanding of how enterprise systems interact with one another and impact firm operations and initiatives.

• Ability to create project plans or execute pre-existing plans.

• Ability to summarize highly complex business cases, system information and concepts and clearly communicate to firm leadership.

- Strong BSA fundamentals and finance concepts exposure required

Opportunity Overview

This position is for a Sr. Programmer Analyst in the Finance Technology organization to develop and maintain a OneStream application, supporting the firm-wide Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). FP&A serves as the "financial advisor to the firm," and is a system of people, process, technology and data that supports firm, segment, and functional financials. You will have experience with configurable Financial SaaS tools and will become the expert in the configuration needed to allow our Finance partners to meet their goals. Your contribution will leverage technology to deliver business acumen and financial stewardship to Financial Planning teams across the firm. As part of an agile product team, you will be providing technology to enhance, expand, and modernize the FP&A experience through the development, enhancement, and support of the resulting products, while interacting with multiple product teams. Experience in configuration SaaS tools is required; knowledge of Java and .Net is required
