Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications for our client. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and enterprise application architecture, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive end-to-end application architecture and technical solutions.
  • Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Lead the development and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
  • Establish architectural standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor senior engineers.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
  • Work with messaging platforms such as IBM MQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
  • Drive application modernization, performance optimization, and cloud adoption.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
