Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Consultant with extensive experience in delivering pixel-perfect, intuitive user interfaces for capital markets applications using React. The ideal candidate will possess an obsessive attention to detail and a deep understanding of complex financial workflows, ensuring optimal usability and performance in high-pressure trading environments.

Responsibilities:

Own and deliver pixel-perfect UI/UX for capital markets applications, focusing on field aligament, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Design and implement seamless interaction models for complex financial workflows, including trading, order management, and risk views.
Optimize front-end performance for real-time data-heavy screens, ensuring smooth rendering and low latency.

Mandatory Skills:

Expertise in React and front-end development.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, particularly in financial applications.
Proven experience in optimizing front-end performance for real-time applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
