E-Commerce Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee Amazon marketplace operations for multiple brands in the beauty industry. This is a long-term contract position requiring 20-30 hours per week, offering flexibility with remote work. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Amazon storefront management, listing optimization, and advertising strategies to enhance organic rankings and drive growth.

Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon accounts and storefronts for 3-5 brands, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
Optimize product listings to improve visibility and organic search rankings within the Amazon platform.
Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon to maximize reach and ROI.
Coordinate inventory and supply chain processes to maintain stock levels and minimize disruptions.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader marketing goals.
Implement omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Utilize Klaviyo and other tools to maximize email marketing and customer retention efforts.
Provide regular progress reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Amazon accounts and storefronts, including listing optimization and advertising.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Klaviyo for data analysis and marketing initiatives.
Expertise in omnichannel marketing strategies and scaling brand presence.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Experience in the beauty industry or similar consumer goods sector is a plus.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and eBay.
Proficiency in Amazon advertising and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies.
