Summary

Job Title: Software Developer 2

Duration: 5 Months

Work Location: 701 W. 51st, Austin, Texas 78751 (Hybrid)

Note: Program will only allow candidates who are local to the AUSTIN area only (Within 50-mile radius). Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
Test and evaluate new and existing applications
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts
Provide development and optimization support for IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM applications
Define and redefine dimensions, rules, and business processes to align with agency requirements
Streamline processes in alignment with the data model to enhance system performance
Support IBM Tririga upgrades, including environment upgrades and content migration
Manage application transitions with minimal business disruption
Develop, modify, and maintain reports using BIRT
Enhance and modify existing Tririga components to improve system efficiency and maintenance processes

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
5+ years of experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo (minimum one contract)
4+ years of experience with Tririga Projects Version 10

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Manager
