CPG Packaging Data Specialist

Job Overview
Vaco is hiring a detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end product commercialization, with a focus on packaging execution, product data management, and digital asset coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and teams—from initial concept through final product launch.

This is a 100% onsite job in Blue Ash, OH (45242)

You’ll work at the intersection of SAP data, packaging operations, and cross-functional collaboration, partnering closely with teams across Brand, Supply Chain, R&D, and Data. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning processes, managing multiple workflows, and contributing to the successful launch of consumer products.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–5 years of direct, relevant experience in a CPG industry.

• Manage and maintain product data within SAP and related systems
• Coordinate packaging execution and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Oversee digital assets and ensure accuracy across internal and external platforms
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, PMO, Supply Chain, R&D, and Data teams
• Ensure product and packaging data is accurate, complete, and retailer-ready

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy (non-negotiable)
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA or ECC (BOM, material setup, or item master data preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple systems, deadlines, and cross-functional workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Experience with Syndigo, 1WorldSync, or similar item management portals
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Background in CPG, retail, or product-based environments
• Experience with digital asset management or packaging coordination
• Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts
