You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines, helping to create a culture of accountability and transparency. The ideal candidate has a passion for agile practices, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to coach teams through the complexities of the Scrum framework. ALTERNATE EXPERIENCEGeneral comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to remove impediments and blockers
- Ability to manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
REQUIRED SKILLS- Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Proficiency in facilitating sprint planning and reviews
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of backlog management and prioritization
- Experience in risk management and mitigation
DESIRED SKILLS- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Experience with distributed or remote teams
- Ability to drive team motivation and morale
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
