JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skillset to be comparative to existing LH Strategic Planners to include planning of SONET, DWDM, MetroE, IP, TDM, OSP/ISP for project development of full site exits.

Seeking a highly proficient Telecom professional with expertise in Transport Planning & Optimization, possessing extensive knowledge and substantial experience across multi-vendor transport platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and creative abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging stakeholders and leading teams. A strategic thinker focused on innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement is required. Candidates should have knowledge of the Adtran/Adva R7 platform and extensive experience in Ciena 6500 planning.
