Job Description:

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ, Billing) and/or Communications Cloud (Vlocity). The architect will lead end-to-end solution design, drive architecture decisions, and support complex enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable Salesforce architecture aligned to enterprise standards
Lead Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ, Billing) and/or Communications Cloud implementations
Define data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks
Oversee custom development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
Collaborate with business, product, and delivery teams
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices guidance

Required Skills:

10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
Hands-on with Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ, Billing)
and/or Communications Cloud (Vlocity)
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Integration (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft preferred)
Experience with complex pricing, product modeling, and order management
Salesforce certifications (CTA preferred, Application/System Architect required)

Nice to Have:

Telecom or large enterprise transformation experience
DevOps / CI-CD exposure
