Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS Architect to design, develop, and implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions with a primary focus on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). This role will provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and implementation expertise to support financial consolidation, close, reporting, and integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience, including multiple end-to-end FCCS implementations, and strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud technologies. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions, ensure data accuracy, and support enterprise financial processes.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop Oracle EPM FCCS applications following industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Configure and customize FCCS functionalities including:
○ Consolidation rules
○ Ownership management
○ Intercompany eliminations
○ Currency translation
○ Journal entries
○ Financial reporting
○ Close processes
• Lead solution architecture and provide technical guidance for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Integrate Oracle EPM applications with Oracle and non-Oracle platforms including ERP, General Ledger, HFM, Essbase, and BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes using Data Management and Data Exchange.
• Utilize Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs to automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Prepare technical design documentation, deployment documentation, and support artifacts.
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable EPM solutions.
• Provide post-production support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across project activities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle FCCS implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes.
• Experience integrating FCCS with ERP and financial systems.
• Experience with Essbase and advanced Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
