An IT Endpoint Process Engineer, to optimize the processes for managing end-user devices (laptops, desktop, monitors and mobile phones, etc.), focusing on provision-ing, deployment, and lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing automation, managing endpoints and creating standards and documentation for support teams, bridging traditional process engineering with endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Optimization: Engineer and refine processes for device provisioning, imaging, configuration (baselines), and retirement and disposal.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee device inventory,
• Process Optimization: Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Data & Simulation: Use process simulations and interpret plant/lab data to evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents, process flow diagrams (P&IDs), and best practice guidelines.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure processes meet safety standards and environmental regulations, creating safety guidelines,
• Automation: Develop scripts and automated workflows for routine tasks, compliance checks, and incident response.
• Data & Simulation: Use process simulations and interpret plant/lab data to evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents, process flow diagrams (P&IDs), and best practice guidelines.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure processes meet safety standards and environmental regulations, creating safety guidelines.
• Automation: Develop scripts and automated workflows for routine tasks, compliance checks, and incident response. Policy & Standards: Align with technical standards, procedures, and documentation for IT support and end-users.
• Collaboration: Work with suppliers, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and integration.
