Job Summary:

Looking for a UiPath Business Analyst who can also manage and track RPA project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in UiPath (RPA)
Expertise in Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
Hands-on experience in Process Design Documents (PDDs)
Experience reviewing/supporting Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Experience in Project Coordination / Delivery Tracking
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze automation opportunities
Perform process discovery and feasibility analysis
Prepare PDDs and support SDDs
Act as liaison between business and RPA developers
Track project progress, manage timelines, and resolve blockers
Ensure successful delivery of RPA projects

Preferred:

Experience in Retail / Manufacturing domain
Ability to work in a high-paced environment
