TX, & and various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States who will serve to research, design, develop or test telecommunications electrical hardware or software in a specialized division of the Ericsson telecom organization.
What you will do:Utilize exceptional ability in telecommunications electrical hardware or software to contribute to the planning, development, or integration of specialized telecom systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of specialized telecom systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Monitor specialized telecom system performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service quality. Diagnose and resolve issues related to specialized telecom hardware or software, providing support to internal teams and/or external stakeholders. Prepare reports on system performance and project progress. Ensure relevant specialized telecom systems adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. Up to 20% domestic/international travel required.
You will bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an Engineering field related to Telecom Engineering, and 5 years of engineering experience related to telecommunications electrical hardware or software; OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an Engineering field related to Telecom Engineering and 2 years of engineering experience related to telecommunications electrical hardware or software.

Benefits: Your PayThe salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
- Washington, New York, New Jersey, and District of Columbia: $154,856- $194,775
- Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara: $154,856- $214,725
- All other US locations: $154,856- $182,175
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
