Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite – Relocation Available)

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath, Python, UiPath Orchestrator, Reframe work, and modern automation technologies, including UiPath IXP and Agentic Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for enterprise applications.
• Define RPA architecture, governance, standards, and best practices.
• Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks using UiPath Reframe work and custom components.
• Architect and manage UiPath Orchestrator, including tenants, folders, queues, assets, triggers, and credential management.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, integrations, and data processing.
• Evaluate application stability and automation feasibility, particularly for dynamic web applications.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and high performing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and risk assessments.
• Utilize Git, Azure DevOps, and JIRA for source control and project tracking.
• Design automation solutions leveraging AWS infrastructure where appropriate.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a UiPath Solution Architect.
• Hands-on expertise with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Reframe work.
• Experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Document Processing).
• Knowledge of UiPath Agentic Automation.
• Strong Python scripting and automation experience.
• Solid understanding of selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential management.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and JIRA.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Solution Architect Certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation initiatives.
• Ability to mentor development teams and drive automation best practices.
