Organizational Change Management Administrator

• 3 or more years of experience in organizational change management for IT projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and data visualization tools for status reporting.
• Experience with change management for cloud migrations, cybersecurity, and enterprise system implementations.
• Experience in adult learning principles, instructional theories, and professional development programs.
• Experience with PMBOK methodologies and the full project management lifecycle.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and change impact evaluations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead change management workstreams for enterprise-level IT implementations and digital transformations.
• Design IT-specific artifacts including resistance management plans and post-implementation sustainment strategies.
• Partner with technical architects and project managers to evaluate the organizational impact of system updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement and communication plans aligned to technical go-live milestones.
• Facilitate workshops and training programs to increase end-user adoption of new technologies.
• Monitor workstream delivery quality and track key project milestones for multiple initiatives.
• Execute stakeholder engagement strategies to manage scope, budget, and resource risks.
