Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Manage medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare matters for trial and participate in court proceedings
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications
- JD and active Pennsylvania Bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience (medical malpractice strongly preferred)
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented
