ServiceNow Technical Project Manager for SAP

Remote- EST and CST zone

Contract 

"It's not SAP focused....there is a piece that we support in SAP (and that would be MM) as this is tied to the Source to Pay (or PTP) functional area.  This role will help across our entire landscape - building ServiceNow Products and supporting 3rd party applications (like SAP) as well.  The role will primarily be working on a project where we will be building/integrating our ServiceNow PR/PO process and product with SAP."

• Participate in the creation of a catalog of key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata
• Lead system feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design
• Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, Development, and testing phases
• Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation Deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams
• Provide data and analyses in a timely manner, and verify the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or others
• Create special ad-hoc reports, database queries, and status reports
• Incorporate security recommendations into stakeholder requirements

Based on the job description, what are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this role?

• The core skills that we need here is someone with requirement gathering, story writing, product testing, and communication.
• The BSA will be an essential team member, partnering very closely with my TPM and BSA on the team; having someone that can stay on longer term (for the 2 years) would be ideal as the projects we start this year will be going into next year.
• A basic understanding of the procurement/sourcing process would be great - they don't need a ton of experience in the Procurement function, but some would really help ramp them up more quickly. 

What will the interview process look like?

• Initial - 30min screen with hiring manager (HM)
• Final - Panel session with HM and two other team members (TPM and BSA)

What you need to be successful in this role:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 3-5 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML
• Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
