Are you a passionate Application Engineer? Intralox, LLC is currently seeking an Application Engineer for the Global Spiral Technical Group. This individual will be responsible to support the development and roll-out of new spiral technologies, promoting our solutions to our clients technically alongside our field sales account managers, and assisting with all after-sale activities including but not limited to installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Your Role & Responsibilities

As an Application Engineer, you will:
  • Provide expert consulting on mechanical and basic control systems for conditioning technologies.
  • Conduct plant visits, technical audits, and health checks to optimize performance.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training to key customers and OEM partners.
  • Support sales and implementation teams with solution design, troubleshooting, and installation.
  • Interface with the implementation team to ensure successful services and installations: review and approve drawings, assess application suitability, and promote high standards of quality and workmanship.
  • Help establish and maintain global implementation standards and best practices for conditioning technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support Group to review and approve incoming inquiries as the platform's expert product specialist.
  • Be available outside regular business hours to support colleagues and clients on platform-related matters.
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop, test, and roll out new solutions and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial applications and project execution.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a global team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends and holidays.
