Job Description: Quality Engineer – ERP Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems and automation testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automated tests to ensure product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives within our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems.

· Develop test plans and manage test execution using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Xray, or similar.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, PO’s, Business) to define test requirements, coverage, and objectives.

· Work with automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, OpKey, or equivalent tools

· Analyze test results, generate reports, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.

· Ensure traceability of tests to requirements and support audits and compliance requirements.

· Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and provide input on quality issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in QA Manual and Automation testing for enterprise applications, User Interfaces (UI), REST APIs, and databases, preferably within ERP domains such as HCM, Procurement, Finance, and General Ledger (GL).

· Strong understanding of Oracle EBS or similar ERP solutions.

· Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools like TestComplete, Tricentis Tosca, OpKey, or similar.

· Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or Xray.

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

· Proficiency in SQL Scripting and backend database level testing

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and fast-learning skills, with the ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts and technologies.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
