Event Technology Program Manager

Summary

• Lead the transition to RainFocus event management platform, including user adoption, change management, and migration planning.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-specific documentation for event builders, administrators, and requesters.
• Coordinate migration activities from Splash and Cvent to RainFocus, including workflow mapping, templates, and configuration alignment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, internal stakeholders, and the RainFocus vendor to resolve issues and support the rollout.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs, including active users, event volume, launch timelines, and support ticket trends.
• Maintain process documentation, FAQs, runbooks, and a knowledge base to support long-term platform operations.
