Summary

AI and automation transformation manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI and automation transformation Manager to lead and support key initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and control environment of our loan processing platform. This role is crucial for driving process improvements, implementing new technologies, and ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Process Re-engineering: Evaluate end-to-end loan lifecycles (origination, underwriting, servicing) to identify friction points ripe for generative AI or predictive modeling. Oversees the modernization of lending workflows using artificial intelligence (e.g., automated underwriting, fraud detection, and conversational AI agents)
Roadmap Development: Define a strategic AI roadmap, prioritizing high-impact use cases like document extraction and decisioning.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and risk analysts to build intelligent workflows and integrations.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure AI-led loan decisions adhere to strict financial regulations (e.g., fair lending, data privacy) and establish validation frameworks. Bridge the gap between finance, data science, and engineering to reduce processing times and ensure regulatory compliance.
Change Management: Drive organizational adoption of AI tools by establishing training, creating communication plans, and measuring ROI through metrics like time savings and accuracy

Ideal Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in product management, digital transformation, or management consulting within the FinTech, SaaS, or AI spaces.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of loan processing, credit risk modeling, subledgers, and financial compliance.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with LLMs, machine learning, and data pipelines. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) is highly beneficial.
