Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer with strong AI and Machine Learning experience to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain software applications powered by AI and machine learning
Develop and deploy machine learning models for production use cases
Create scalable backend services and APIs to support intelligent applications
Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and software developers in a remote environment
Optimize model performance, accuracy, and production reliability
Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
Support model integration, testing, and continuous improvement
Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning

Required Qualifications

3+ years of software development experience
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Experience building APIs and backend systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Understanding of software design principles, testing, and version control
Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NLP, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or generative AI
Exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
Military technical experience or veteran background highly valued

Compensation

Mid-Level (3–5 Years Experience)

$85,000 – $110,000+ annually

Senior-Level

$120,000 – $180,000+ annually

Final compensation is based on experience, technical depth, and role alignment.
