Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced software developer with strong knowledge of Contact Center solutions, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Java/J2EE technologies, microservices, and GCES development. The ideal candidate will have experience building and integrating contact center applications and conversational experiences using Google Cloud services, with knowledge of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Google NLP, and entity modeling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Contact Center and IVR applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Build and support microservices and integrations for contact center workflows.
  • Develop and enhance GCES-based solutions for contact center and conversational AI use cases.
  • Implement NLU/NLP capabilities using Google NLP and entity modeling to improve intent understanding and conversational experiences.
  • Integrate IVR platforms with backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and contact center stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and conversational workflow issues.
  • Contribute to scalable, reliable, and maintainable contact center application development.
