We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer to help shape and advance our next-generation Developer Platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions, driving automation, and embedding security into every stage of the software development lifecycle.
As a key member of the DevSecOps Platform Team, you will lead the design, integration, and optimization of tools and services that empower engineering teams to deliver software faster, safer, and more efficiently. What You''ll Do
Drive the Future of Secure Software Delivery

Lead the evolution of our internal DevSecOps Platform by designing and implementing scalable, secure, and developer-friendly solutions.
Build and enhance platform capabilities that integrate tools and processes across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Develop automation frameworks that improve efficiency, security, and reliability across engineering teams.

Champion DevSecOps Excellence

Embed security into every stage of development, testing, and deployment.
Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls, code scanning, compliance checks, and vulnerability management.
Continuously improve security posture by identifying risks, recommending enhancements, and adopting industry best practices.

Engineer World-Class Platform Integrations

Integrate and manage a diverse ecosystem of SDLC tools, including source control, testing, automation, security, monitoring, and deployment platforms.
Create seamless connections between development workflows and cloud-native infrastructure.
Drive standardization and automation across development and operational processes.

Leverage AI-Powered Engineering

Explore and implement modern AI-assisted development practices using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini Enterprise, and related technologies.
Help establish best practices around AI workflows, agents, MCPs, skills, and developer productivity enhancements.
Identify opportunities where Generative AI can accelerate delivery while maintaining governance and security.

Build Cloud-Native Solutions

Design and support scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Google Cloud Platform environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related automation tools.
Support containerized and Kubernetes-based application deployments.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader within the DevSecOps organization.
Mentor engineers, promote engineering best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Act as the subject matter expert for DevSecOps platform capabilities and solution design.

What You Bring
Technical Expertise

Proven experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering roles.
Strong background in software development with experience leading technical initiatives and delivery teams.
Deep understanding of modern CI/CD practices, software delivery automation, and SDLC optimization.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment models.

Security & Compliance

Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, application security, cloud security, infrastructure security, and vulnerability management.
Experience implementing SAST, code quality, and compliance controls within development pipelines.
Passion for creating secure-by-design engineering environments.

Leadership & Collaboration

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead initiatives, influence technical direction, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Pay Range*: $65.00 - $68.96 per hour
