Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in QNXT, Boomi API development, and .NET technologies to lead the design, development, and integration of custom healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the QNXT database model, hands-on experience building and managing APIs on the Boomi platform, and the technical leadership skills necessary to drive best practices across development and DevOps initiatives.

This individual will lead by example through high-quality coding, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring team members while delivering scalable and maintainable solutions within the healthcare payer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within and around the QNXT platform.
• Architect, develop, and maintain APIs using Boomi Integration Platform and .NET technologies.
• Design and implement integrations between QNXT and internal/external healthcare applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle.
• Establish and drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Perform detailed code reviews and mentor developers to improve code quality and team performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, monitoring, and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide innovative solutions for system optimization.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of applications and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong experience working with QNXT, including:
• Deep understanding of the QNXT database model
• Development of custom solutions and enhancements around QNXT
• Experience supporting healthcare payer operations and integrations
• Hands-on experience building and deploying APIs using the Boomi platform (Dell Boomi).
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and API development.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of database design, SQL development, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud-based integration and API management technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design principles.
• Good understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, release management, and automation practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Payer systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions, claims processing, membership, provider management, and enrollment workflows.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with API security standards including OAuth, JWT, and SSO.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Boomi certifications and/or healthcare domain certifications are highly desirable.
