Role: Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Operations IT

Location: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida 

Experience: 10+ Years

Travel: Domestic U.S. and Mexico, as required

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in supply chain, business process analysis, and business operations to support our Operations IT organization.

The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing operational processes, gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes across supply chain, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, inventory, and order management.

• Gather business requirements and translate stakeholder discussions into clear, actionable documentation.

• Develop SOPs, workflows, process maps, process diagrams, and business analysis artifacts.

• Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.

• Track action items, issues, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and IT stakeholders to align business needs with technology solutions.

• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and successful task completion.

• Support operational initiatives requiring coordination across U.S. and Mexico locations.

   

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, business process analysis, operations analysis, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain, distribution, warehouse operations, manufacturing, inventory management, or order management.

• Proven experience documenting business processes and creating structured process maps.

• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and business documentation.

• Strong experience developing SOPs, workflows, process diagrams, and other business analysis deliverables.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with business leaders.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive tasks independently.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and to Mexico as required.
