Are you passionate about STEM education and robotics? Are you excited about the opportunity to shape the future of engineering education? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced STEM Robotics Curriculum Developer to join our team. This role is crucial in creating and refining comprehensive learning modules for students, aimed at instilling a deep understanding of robotics and engineering principles. The individual will work on the development and implementation of a cutting-edge curriculum that will empower students to solve real-world problems using robotics and engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine a comprehensive STEM robotics curriculum for different age groups.
  • Design innovative learning modules that incorporate hands-on robotics projects to enhance students' understanding of engineering concepts.
  • Collaborate with educators to ensure the curriculum aligns with current educational standards and goals.
  • Conduct thorough research on the latest advancements in robotics and engineering to keep the curriculum up-to-date.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through student performance and feedback, making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and support to educators implementing the robotics curriculum.
  • Collaborate with a team of curriculum developers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational approach.
  • Participate in educational conferences and workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends in STEM education.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in STEM education.
  • Proven experience in designing engaging and effective learning modules.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics and the latest trends in the engineering industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
  • Experience in conducting educational research and data analysis.
  • Passion for STEM education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in students.
